Online Order Processor - Remote

Managing and processing customer orders placed through a company's online platform. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently.

Order Management:

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Verify order details and ensure all information is correct.

  • Update and maintain order records in the system.

Inventory Coordination:

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are in stock for order fulfillment.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of orders.

  • Assist in managing inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies.

Shipping and Logistics:

  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing orders.

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Handle any shipping issues or returns efficiently.

Location: 

Remote / Work from home

Salary: 

$40 - $80 / hours
